  Within the Global Excellence team I am in charge of the following:- Creating and updating process maps and work instructions for the operations of the Global Customer Care EMEA department; - Monitoring the existing BOTs for EMEA, APAC and AMER developed under my coordination in my previous role as SME, working with the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) support team to fix technical errors. Increasing BOT Adoption & Success rates - daily analysis of BOT report, BOT error investigation and resolution, coordination with GCC EMEA project administrators and team leaders;- Reporting to management on BOT adoption and success rates as well as technical errors and downtime for EMEA, APAC and AMER;- Identifying and coordinating new automation initiatives and analyzing the level of standardization of the operational processes on the 3 regions mentioned above, to establish eligibility for automation. Coordinating enhancements for existing BOTs;- Providing support to Project Managers, Field Service Engineers and Project Control Specialists during the transition from the Siebel platform to Sales Force, until the full obsolescence of Siebel. Establishing Sales Force updates impact for GCC EMEA and our automation initiatives;- TAKT time coordination and analysis on EMEA, to establish utilization and productivity metrics, as well as FTE necessities;- Providing operational SAP ERP data in the BRD Development environment for Planview development and deployment (new project management tool bound to replace the PRoFIT tool). Identification of improvement areas.- Supporting the migration of Siebel dependent processes into Sales Force.- Monitoring the root causes of credit notes and solution proposal for its reduction in terms of annual total number and value.- Creation and update of process work instructions.
