Joining at a pivotal time for Always Consult's venture into apprenticeships, I navigated significant challenges within the healthcare sector.Leading a team of Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership Skills Coaches and Functional Skills Lead, I spearheaded the delivery of the Team Leading and Operational Management standard within the healthcare sector. Overcoming challenges of poor engagement and limited employer support, I drew on my operational experience to significantly reduce the out-of-funding learners whilst improving retention rates.I implemented a robust KPI performance process, surpassing company targets with reviews and learner engagement consistently. Championed the integration of AI technologies in the workplace to enhance support for Skills Coaches and learners. Implemented cutting-edge AI solutions to streamline and optimise various aspects of the learning and coaching process. These initiatives not only demonstrated a commitment to staying at the forefront of educational technology but also significantly contributed to the success and efficiency of the coaching and learning processes within the organisation.
