  Started as a plant engineer leading small projects and proving manufacturing support in a soybean crush facility. Took on PSM lead role and then transferred to process control engineer assuming responsibility for all process control systems at the site. Projects included PLC configuration, SCADA/HMI development, instrumented specification, and cybersecurity improvements.

  Led PLC and DCS projects at multiple sites as part of the Solae Joint Venture between Bunge (who acquired Central Soya) and DuPont. Moved into Global Process Control Leader for Solae which later expanded to included DuPont Crop Protection, Pioneer, Nutrition & Health, and Industrial Biosciences business units within DuPont. Led teams through adoptions of safety instrumented systems programs, alarm management implementation, and cybersecurity programs.
