  The Board of Trustees has oversight of our strategic direction, agrees the forward plans and monitors all of our operational activity from quality assurance to qualification development and finance. The Board is responsible for ensuring that we maintain our licence to operate from OfQual, the regulator of vocational qualifications in England and from the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education for our Access to HE activity.
