  Highlights:1. Working with clients/customers to resolve WAN related issues, handling PE to CE side WAN issues.2. Aware of Layer 2 WAN technologies like Frame relay, ATM, Metro Ethernet, L2 & L3 DSL,L2&L3 VPN, IP VPN.3. Our team is responsible for handling Level 2 Network issues and if required, we will follow up with the local Telco to resolve that issue in an earliest possible way.4. We will also handle packet drops/latency issues and check the network traffic from CE to CE or CE to PE by using ping and trace route commands with proper Source and destinations.5. If any network device goes down, it will be firstly reported to us, so we are the first point of contact for the customers.6. There are different tools through which we gather the overall information required resolving the issue, such as OCEANE, GINI, and other such company own tools. With the help of these tools, you can take the overall insight of the issue.7. Mostly having hands on experience on every device use within WAN Like layer 2 switches, Dialer links, and VSAT technology.8. Have wider experience of VSAT issues, implemented within ships called as vessels. These are the Satellite routers connected to a satellite, which further sends communication to nearby local PTT tower though the exchange radio signals, and the backbone is always wired which carried the communication towards the remote site.   Started Working in Carnival Cruise Lines as an Assistant IT Officer from Dec 2016, where i worked on various shipboard technologies together with the end user remote support. I too have handled VSAT troubleshooting, active data center monitoring , Basic Applications troubleshooting, Onboard Sales system management and troubleshooting, IT Inventory management, and reports formation on weekly and monthly basis etc. Due to my passion and strong hold in Networking skills, i got absorbed into the Office Networks Team for Dry docks few months ago and i too cleared my CCNP Route exam to give a little enhancement to my knowledge. Right now, my roles include designing and troubleshooting Access and Distribution layer within LAN Environment and doing staging for the Access layer switches. Show less 1.
