  Responsible for the Business Development Manager sales teams for Square D surge protection, part of Schneider Electric, Home & Distribution. Our Construction BDM team is responsible for growing SPD sales through electrical distributor partners by driving specifications at consulting engineer firms and working directly with the SE National Sales Force. This team also works with the residential BDMs within H&D to help drive sales at homebuilders, residential contractors and the retail sales channel. Our OEM/Industrial BDM team works directly with end users and the SE Industrial Technical Sales Engineers to specify products at OEM and control panel builder customers. The International BDM team is responsible for all facets of SPDs sales outside of the United States. I am responsible for managing all these teams, growing our business, updating quotas and goals, and developing future talent to help strengthen our organization. In addition, I also help our marketing team develop new literature, documents and white papers to help drive the sales efforts. Am also involved with the National Electrical Manufacturer's Association (NEMA) committee for surge protection. Show less
