      Senior Companion Project Manager

      I am the Project Manager for the AmeriCorps Seniors Senior Companion Program Grant, which covers the entire state of Vermont, in order to match up volunteers to serve as a friend and companion to older neighbors making sure they can live in their own homes for as long as possible. I coordinate the services of the grant with 4 other Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs). In addition to completing reporting requirements for the grant, I work in collaboration with the Director, Finance Manager, and Marketing Director of my organization to manage all components of the grant. I manage communication, collaboration, and create process improvements for the other AAAs to allow for smooth processing of paperwork, payroll to volunteers, reporting, and marketing/communication. I serve as point of contact between AmeriCorps Seniors and our partner organizations at the other AAAs across the state of Vermont. Show less
