      In this Role: Responsibilities:  Manages Lab Technicians, coordinating staffing needs and daily work schedules. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly report with the help of Project Manager. Maintain all records of RFIs (Request for Inspection) received from the Contractors. Maintain records of all outgoing test results reports for Field & Lab tests conducted by each lab. Maintain Master Register recording all received RFIs (Request for Inspection) from the contractors on daily basis and allotting RC Job Card Number to each of the received RFIs.  Provide assistance to the Project Manager in preparation of Presentation for the Director of RC Roads Department Communicates with contractor and supervisor for taking samples to do the tests.  Manages facility maintenance for the laboratory. Monitoring/Supervising laboratory testing of Soil, Asphalt and Concrete with Technicians Making Presentations, Flow Charts, RFPs for the Authorized Representative/Director of RC Roads Departments. Prepares Minutes of Meetings and Letters. Coordinating with Building and Utility Departments for General Services.Technical Experience in RC Materials Testing Laboratory: Since past one and half year have had a chance of working directly under the Project Manager of Royal Commission Materials Testing Laboratory. During these past months assisted the Project Manager in Preparation of a host lot of Technical Proposals and Technical Reports. Also extended help in preparation of a number of Technical Presentations. During all of these month also have had a great amount of exposure in testing procedures in Soil, Asphalt and Concrete Labs.
