  Often times, patients leave a medical appointment with a handful of things to follow up on, including making specialist appointments. My team acts as the liaison between Primary Physicians, Specialty offices and ancillary services to aid the patients in scheduling these visits. We also provide a "soft landing" for that patient into the specialty world by making sure insurance referrals and medical information have been delivered in a timely manner as well as keeping the primary physician in the loop.
