  Extending features of the Diagnostic and Decision Support Toolkit - DDST v1.0 - to develop the 2D Asset Risk Terrain Mapping System ARTMS2D (DDST v2.0) [pronounced 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘴]. Development of the DDST v1.0 was part of an Indian World Bank Pilot project applied to the cities of Shimla and Aizawl to develop an Asset Management System using freely available tools. Detailed KoBoToolbox forms were prepared and deployed to collect data. This data was fetched from the KoBoToolbox servers and stored in PostGIS database. The data was then converted to a GIS format and visualized on the DDST v1.0 which was developed as a QGIS plugin.
