Once the job is awarded I then model the pressure vessel in Inventor and create the approval and construction drawings from that model.I also nest all the parts for our burn table and detail individual parts for our shop use or for outside vendors. Created data books to send to the customer once the job was completed, as well as filing transmittals to and from the customer.

I gather the final documentation for each project and create a final data package to send to the customer.I also create and implement S.O.P.s to ensure the key points of each process are followed and documented.I oversee the Quality Control Department and ensure all NDE, certifications and products comply with specifications.
