I support our SaaS solutions (EMR, clinical e-consult tool, home exercise program, and clinical triage tool) and have completed custom builds in Salesforce to support our B2B services. I collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments (Privacy, Security, Design, Systems, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations) to guide a product through the entire technology project lifecycle (conception, user research, design and prototyping, development, pilot, launch, measurement, iteration).
