My specific role of overseeing the vitamins section developed my communication skills as I consulted pharmacists on a regular basis in order to fulfil customer's specific needs. The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in new processes to which I adapted well, and provided me with many opportunities to take initiative in the workplace.
