  Automation Engine for Customer Retention • Implemented an Automation Engine enabling car dealerships to design customizable workflows to engage inactive customers and prevent customer attrition. This increased Customer retention by 25% in beta trial.• Demonstrated strong fullstack development abilities by designing an intuitive UI allowing users to create a workflow in ~ 5 min. The backend utilizes an extensible Domain Specific Language and is executed on Java Execution Engine.Real-Time Speaker Recognition System• Created a Deep Learning based system for predicting the recipient of a voice-call with 98% accuracy in near real-time by analyzing the audio stream of the live Twilio call.
