  As the Talent Acquisition Intern at Shoppers Stop, I oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, document verification, background checks, onboarding, and induction. I utilize both internal and external channels to source candidates, including employee referrals and platforms like Naukri.com. To streamline onboarding, I leverage Zoem and Darwin Box. In addition, I play a key role in employee engagement by organizing monthly recognition and rewards, celebrating birthdays, and facilitating skip-level meetings to foster connections between employees and the employer.
