Develop and design education and training for internal and external customers. Create ILT curriculum, job aides, recorded training and web based training for internal and external customers. Conducted new employee on boarding focusing on soft skills, as well as computer software and hardware knowledge. 201 employees completed the program with satisfaction scores greater than 85% and 90% or better product knowledge retention. Recognized as Q2 MVP in 2009 for development of the new employee on boarding program. Responsible for training internal and external customers on company software platforms that support lab ordering and resulting. Developed and implemented competencies for team of 12 with scores of 80% or greater. Chosen to represent the Rocky Mountain BU at the Frontline Forum. Received recognition for creating and executing the Blue Pacific Customer Retention Plan. Created an eReq initiative resulting in a 24% increase of electronic orders for participating clients.
