New Commercial Bakery Assortment test at Super C: Leveraging Dunnhumby Insights and Decision Hierarchy tree, I worked in collaboration with Super C Merchandising team to determine an optimal Commercial Bakery product assortment. The collaborative work led to 50% skus being rationalized. The new assortment is being tested in 4 Super C stores as of November 8th, 2012, for a 12 weeks period.
