  I manage the technical implementation and maintenance of the FAST application used by government agencies as their system of record and processing engine. Including but not limited to meeting the needs of Tax Administration, Unemployment Insurance Tax/Benefits, Driver/Vehicle Registration agencies.Responsibilities/Technical Skills:- Installing, configuring and maintaining the FAST application- Perform SQL Server database maintenance and related tasks- System performance tuning in code and query processes- .Net programming experience in C# and VB.Net- Interact and coordinate with project management, business and technical teams on a daily basis- Train and mentor new team members- Perform analysis, planning, creation and execution of detailed cutover and migration plans for system implementations- Apply best-practices and standards for our clients- Provide Production Support technical assistance- I am currently working remotely as a part of a larger team to provide this support and service to multiple clients concurrently Show less
