  Provided secretarial support and assistannce to the Chair of the Biology Department as well as the professors, staff and students of the department. Used a variety of software programs to compose correspondence, perform word processing, create tables/text and compose manuscripts. Completed grant proposals and scientific writings. Performed registration for students enrollment, completed payroll forms, travel reimbursement submission and scheduled meetings, seminars and workshops. Lead and taught a team of work study students and provided documentation to their sponsors of their hours, payroll and education. From 1991 thru 1993, worked full time, attended college full time and was also enrolled in clinical education at the hospital. In the evenings, I was fortunate to be able to work with the ECU anatomy & physiology professors in their labs and receive additional education/instruction in this field. Show less
