  As an Enterprise Storage Engineer, I excel at the foundational aspects of storage infrastructure and management. At HPE, I got Hands on experience in service and support of Nearline and backup products. I received exposure to concepts like RAID, SAN, NAS in a real-time environment. I am fluent in using HPE tools like LTT, STaTs, SPOCK, Ticketviewer, SANToolbox, PTS viewer etcHad to troubleshoot issues on HPE MSA, 3PAR, Alletra, Primera and NAS Storage Arrays. Worked with Backup Solutions such as MSL, ESL, Storeonce D2D. Experienced in supporting tape drive technologies from LTO 1 - 9. Diagnosed and solve the Incidents/Issues via phone and email.• Interfaced with Onsite Engineers, Account Support Managers, Escalation and Elevation management• Understanding criticality of issue and business impact by demonstrating mission critical mindset & work to identify the cause of the issue in the shortest/quickest path.• Provided immediate technical response and expertise in restoration of customer High availability environments.• Provided detailed performance reports of 3par arrays.• Developed and documented clear action plans to resolve issues where information was limited.• Implemented comprehensive case documentation for every case and participated in preparing Post Incident Reviews with ASM/Account Team as required for P1 cases.• Delivered timely solutions to customer issues and met the defined SLAs for response and resolution time and other Performance metrics.• Collaborated with other cross functional groups – i.e. L2, L3 , Labs , Call Management, Resource control to ensure timely resolution of issues.
