  • Facilitates development of the Line 90-Day Plans to address losses and build capability. Acts as a departmental point of contact and champion for longer term Systemic problem solving activity. Create a system to transfer ownership of these activities to Shift managers and teams• On the floor coaching of equipment owners: DMS Execution; Loss Elimination and Skill Development/Technical Mastery. Conducts root cause analysis on top stops, centrelines and changeovers. Uses advanced problem solving tools, for example, Unified Problem Solving, including 6W2H. Is able to quickly build technical understanding of loss across the Line(s) they are assigned• Trains and coaches others on problem solving tools & techniques, changeovers & centreline execution. Owns coaching for these areas during planned stops. • Responsible for identifying through loss tree, the top 3 stops and root causes during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings, reviews changeovers, and assigns owners to follow up actions on the daily plan and for the next shift.• Responsible for the escalation of systemic / strategic issues / recommendations. Is able to influence their immediate Line Trio Teams; the Line/Operation they own; support functions; and the Brewery Leadership Team to win the day through the identification and execution of the Plan for the Day.
