Silver Award in Virtual Melaka International Intellectual Exposition (V-MIIEX) 2022 Melaka, Malaysia UiTM Jun 2022 In this competition, my group and I produce an innovation called Production Specialist Performance Appraisal Form. From our findings, we found that most company in manufacturing company uses manual performance appraisal form. Thus, it is our idea to help them by providing digital performance appraisal forms specifically the production department. Nevertheless, this form also can be used by other department in an organization.

Gold Award in Virtual Talent Talk Battle 2022 (VATTLE) Series – 2 - Jan 2022 My group and I focused on issue which we think has been questioned in the industry for quite a long time. Our talk title is "Recruiters Dilemma: Choosing Skills or Attitude?" In our talk, we discussed in depth between skills and attitude and how it reacts the recruiters to choose candidates.
