  As Head Controller of Xpert Security I am responsible for the Control Room’s operations and its working force. The Control Room has three major operations namely • Rapid Response: Monitoring security installations of over 300 (three hundred) locations. The security installations include electric fence systems, panic alarm systems, fire and intruder detection systems. Responses to these locations are coordinated by a team of 6 well trained Controllers and also with the help of four (4) Rapid Response Teams who are strategically positioned.• Vehicle Tracking: Installation of tracking units and tracking of the vehicles for infraction on the use of the vehicles. I am also responsible for the installation and maintenance of the tracking software.• Management of all information systems including databases and the Local Area Network with windows server 2008.
