Products promoted include:- Monoferric (iron isomaltoside 1000) an intravenous iron for iron deficiency anemia in adult patients who have intolerance or unresponsiveness to oral iron therapy- Fragmin (dalteparin) a low molecular weight heparin with 5 clinical indications: thromboprophylaxis in conjunction with surgery, treatment of acute DVT, extended treatment of cancer associated thrombosis, VTE prophylaxis of hospitalized patients, prevention of clotting in the extra-corporeal system during hemodialysis.-Bosulif (bosutinib) for the treatment of chronic, accelerated, or blast phase Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myelogenous leukemia in adult patients with resistance or intolerance to prior TKI therapy. - Precedex (dexmedetomidine) for mild to moderate sedation of ICU ventilated patients- Inspra (eplerenone)and it's support program for Heart Failure patients -Prevnar 13 (pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) for active immunization to prevent invasive pneumococcal disease in adults over the age of 50-Zyvoxam (linezolid) for the treatment of MRSA hospital acquired pneumonia and VRE infections -VFend (voriconazole) for invasive aspergillus fungal infectionsCustomer base includes Hematologists, Oncologists, Nephrologists, Critical Care Specialists, , Hospitalists, Internal Medicine Specialists, Orthopedic Specialists, Surgeons, Infectious Disease Specialists, Medical Microbiologists, Respirologists, Pharmacy Directors, PharmD hospital staff, Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, Clinical Unit Managers, Nurse Educators, and Oncology Patient Navigators.
