    Pavan Kanth is a progressive IT Operations Leader with a work experience spanning over 23 years across IT Operations & Business performance Management, Client Service, AI and Business Analytics. Currently as Head of Technology, providing IT Solutions and onboarding new trending technologies is his focus that adds value not just to Chrysalis but our clients too. Chrysalis has been the push to drive his passion to adopt new trending technologies and apply to daily solutions and make a difference to their clients. Keeping Chrysalis IT environment safe and secure from cyber-attacks and easy to access for clients has been a self-disciplined trust governed by IT policies. He had the opportunity to work with different sectors like Telecom, Networking, Aviation, Pharmacy, Fintech, ITES & IT and functions like IT operations, Quality, Application Management, IT Infrastructure and Project Management which enriched my learnings and experience. It helped me manage different IT environments with different technologies and in the process was able to connect with different people at a professional and personal level. This experience greatly added to my current role of Head of Technology. Pavan has a Masters (M.Sc) in Computer Science from Nagarjuna University and another Masters (M.Tech) in IT from Allahabad University. He is Lean Certified from IBM and Yellow belt & Green belt (Six Sigma) trained from IBM. He is a trained professional in Project Management from ACI worldwide Solutions. He successfully set up IT operations team for a Global Org. with a presence in 32 countries present at 64 locations. He was involved with 11 acquisitions of ACI worldwide Solutions and successfully migrated IT operations to a single team. He loves Running Marathons, Cycling and recently learnt swimming.
