  US Region Demand Planning Sr. Manager for Surgery portfolio supporting over $1 billion in annual sales. Key member of Site Leadership Team during startup of MedTech Distribution Center. Integrated over $1 billion of inventory at COGS and led Integrated Business Planning resulting in over $1.5 million in labor savings. Managed team of six professionals in capacity planning, shop floor scheduling, and purchasing activities. Led new global team of Supply Network Planners in the DePuy Synthes Global Orthopedics organization. Primarily focused on joint implants and instrument forecasting and inventory deployment across a four-continent distribution network. Partnered with Customer Logistics Services organization to improve transit lead times and warehouse operations pick/pack/ship and receiving lead times, generating multi-million dollar changes to the inventory entitlement model for Joint Reconstruction. Supervised a diverse team of 18 packaging operators, mechanics, and shift coordinators on 2nd shift. Identified and implemented Six Sigma process improvements to the manufacturing lines in the plant. S&OP Process, New Product Introduction, and SNP Maturity Assessments and Roadmaps. Managed the relationship with both Walmart Replenishment Managers and internal sales & supply chain professionals for the Consumer Health Care brands at J&J, representing over $500 million in annual sales. Brands supported include Listerine, BAND-AID, Visine, and K-Y. As a Global Operations Leadership Development Program Associate, I completed three eight-month rotations in Operations, Quality, and Engineering spanning the Consumer, Medical Device, and Pharmaceutical sectors. This broad Supply Chain experience was combined with intensive classroom training and global networking opportunities to develop and train the future leaders of J&J.
