  • • Maintain all the Files according to the Subject / Discipline and put in the sequence.• Maintaining the Files for all disciplinary RFI’s.• Initiate the RFI’s in QMIS on daily basis, after Inspection on site proceed the Checklist in the system to closing the RFI.s get the Status from QMIS about (how many issued, closed and open RFI for the QC Inspector’s action).• Prepare Weekly Progress Report• Attend the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) every week with attendance sheet (for signature) to make sure which person has been attended the meeting. Minutes the comments which is raised by SAPMT & PID, then prepare the Minutes of Meeting• Scan the whole documents in PDF File with Transmittal which is send to Saudi Aramco with their receiving Stamp & Log into the System.• Maintain & keep the record for all the incoming Letter / outgoing Letter / incoming Transmittal / Outgoing Transmittal from our Client• Keep the record of all the Procedure’s (1.e: Color Coding Procedure, Method Statement, and Quality Control Procedure. Welding Procedure Specification, NDT Procedure and Painting & Coating Procedure, etc.) Soft and Hard Copy.• Maintain the record of all the NCR’s and update when issued / Close (keep the Hard and Soft Copy).• Maintain the Scanned copy of all QC Personnel Resumes with Approval by Saudi Aramco and Update every week.• Prepare the Quality Management Report every Month and submit to Saudi Aramco for Information Only• Prepare the Organization Chart for QC Personnel, Sub Contractors QC Personnel and update on Weekly basis.• Prepare the Mobilization / De Mobilization Plan (chart) for all the Contractor’s and Sub Contractor’s QC Personnel as per instruction by QC Manager.• Maintain all the Technical Query (TQ) Issued for Construction Drawings (IFC).     At Present my work location is at a Saudi Aramco Northern Area zone. Working location at Ras tanurah Terminal South Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), where I am working as a capacity of a QA/QC coating inspector. Our scope to install sanitary waste water conveyance facilities from terminal south to Ras tanurah Refinery STP specifically includes refurbishment of existing concrete tank at STP including painting of inside and outside. Bituminous (APCS-10) Painting of Concrete Pipe Sleeper/Supports. Blasting and Painting of Structural Accessories like tank cover, handrail & Pipe supports. I am working with various Saudi Aramco approved coating systems with coating material supplied by Hempel, International Show less BASIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Planning, Organizing, Co-coordinating and Controlling of painting activities and carrying out inspection activities throughout the coatings process (i.e., beginning from pre-treatment, blast, primer, in process and final coating inspections) as per project Aramco specifications.•Compressive Documentation of: Weather conditions, dew points, relative humidity, surface temperatures, storage of paints, batch numbers, expire date, mixing process, substrate cleanliness, anchor profiles, finished coats, etc.•Preparing RFI (request for inspection), Aramco check lists, and reports for third party inspection department (IPIU department).•Arranging qualifying tests for blasters and painters as well as painting crew supervisors.•Reviewing contract procedure/ specifications/ quality plans to identify what quality requirements are necessary & documentation deliverables.•Ensuring our company quality procedures/plan and project specifications requirements are understood to crew members and providing to them necessary tools box meetings on different subjects where necessary.•Checking blast materials & paint materials for their required conformity with the specifications.•Keeping updates on timely manner of all equipments for their arability, quality and calibration due date and conformance to the safety aspects as laid down by project specification.•Inspecting all painting activities including witnessing of paint mixing, strip coating, checking WFT/DFT, monitoring over-coat window time & taking care of whole procedures according to the paint product data sheet & carrying out all tests related to painting.•Assisting my client QA/QC Manager mostly in all ways and towards finding solutions for against any issue and consulting him for any technical query if required.•Overall involving in and providing quality control, including all stages of final inspections /tests at this project site.
