As well as my previous responsibilities as a service engineer I also looked after a team of engineers supporting them in resolving issues they were unable to. I was also required to attend customer sites where machines had been flagged as not meeting our reliability requirements and ensuring they were brought up to standard. Repair and maintain copiers, printers and fax machines to a high standard ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
