  Job Scope: -Take over the last generation of window lift motor development platform: Editing qualified entire platform validation matrix &testing reports, leading final global ECRs among three countries, concessions & implement the cost saving ideas; -Coordinate the newest generation of window lift motor development works: Design of experiment at plastic / metal component level & new function level, building up samples, coordinate testing resources & proceed sample analysis for motor heat and life performance improvement, work for new metal worm manufacutring process development; Key Achievements: -As team key member, successfully managed transferring the development platform of last generation of window lift driver from Germany to China; -Help managing new platform project of window lift motor passing QGP2 in Germany, with project members based in four countries and more than 10 offices; -Successfully collaborate and reduce the German production line failure from 15% to 1-2% together with different department, this high failure rate lasts 1 year; -Developed new worm manufacturing process together with center developement team, which can bring huge cost saving to nearly 0.08 euro / pcs.
