This paper describes the relationship of generational characteristics and their influence on project team satisfaction by comparing the Baby Boomer and Millennial generations. For this, a questionnaire with 52 people answers about their satisfaction according to factors characteristic of leaders of the analyzed generations was used. As a result, it was found that there are differences in the satisfaction of project teams when led by people with characteristics of the generations analyzed, especially for factors related to turnover and fruits of work.
