  I Understood user needs and behaviors in relation to chiller trays was crucial. I conducted user surveys and observed usability aspects to inform design decisions for user-friendly trays.I gained hands-on experience with assembly line processes and learned the importance of streamlining these processes for efficiency. This involved analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements. Using fusion 360 and sketching existing problem was solved related to chiller tray issue.It exposed me to the collaborative nature of product development. Effective communication and collaboration between design, engineering, and manufacturing teams are essential for creating successful products. I gained a deeper appreciation for the complexities of designing and manufacturing products that meet both user needs and industry standards.   I worked on building a deep understanding of users, their behaviors, motivations, and pain points through methods such as user interviews, empathy mapping, surveys, and user personas. Conducted a literature review and identified new research areas, resulting in the successful publication of a research paper.Developed a research strategy which included primary and secondary research methods to address the problems and identify possible solutions. Used miro for secondary and primary research synthesis.Throughout the project lifecycle, I conducted usability testing to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of my designs. This helped in identifying and addressing usability issues early in the development process.I established a continuous feedback loop with the design and development teams, ensuring that user research insights are integrated into the design iterations. Iterations were created using miro and figma.The redesigned system was presented to the client as a potential improvement to the existing process. Three out of five changes suggested were implemented in the platform, the project demonstrated the potential for positive change in the emissions calculation for the industry to achieve net zero targets.
