      I was a full time waitress for 4 years whilst studying my A Levels. I then worked at Cafe Rouge part time whilst working at G4S. I used several skills; Face to face customer relations, meeting and greeting customers, taking phone bookings, food orders, making hot and cold drinks is something I do on a daily basis. Participating in light conversation while serving customers to my full ability to insure they enjoy themselves is important as you need good communication with people.

      I started in a Construction Admin Team where I understood the organisational environment, dealing with complexity, delivering objectives, delivering great customer service, supporting and working with others and acting professionally. I worked as part of a small 'hands on' team scheduling and tracking reactive works from inception to completion maintaining documentary compliance and record keeping and electronic filing. I supported the monitoring of Budget Costs acceptance and instructed Contractors to progress work against Clients quotes and work requests. I worked well liaising with Construction teams and Contractors for status reporting on planned work activities. I supported the preparation and distribution of all necessary reports and documentation in a timely and professional manner to relevant stakeholders to enable monitoring, control and communication.I have worked along aside a PM at a Hospital liaising with Contractors to supply fixed price quotation for their services to the hospital and tracking them accordingly. I have worked on two different Mobilisations and one Transitioning during my time at G4S supporting a Senior PM with the Microsoft Project Plan, Risk Matrix, Action Log and Weekly Work stream Calls which I chaired to make sure all departments were on schedule with the Mobilisations and Transitioning. I then worked with the Head of the Programme Management Office within G4S Facilities Management. I have contributed to setting up a Projects File in a Drive for all Project Managers and Programme Managers to access. It includes a 'Programme Tracker' which includes a finance element, Meeting matrix, a Central filing system for Live projects, a Project Management Toolkit on Excel and Document and Template folder which includes documents such as: Project Brief, Project Procurement Guide, Risk Assessment template, Project Initiation document and Project Communications plan.       Junior Digital Project Manager

      I worked in the Digital Project Delivery Team which consisted of 12 people.During my time, I supported 3 Digital Project Managers with Internal and Project work.My internal work was making sure timesheets were up to date, Credit Card expenses, drafting invoices and raising Purchase Orders, being creative and coming up with fresh new ideas for imagery and content.I had a role in key development of projects from inception to implementation, full website management including ensuring content is relevant and up to date, writing content for Electronic Direct Mailers and building the HTML in Campaign Monitor on behalf of our clients and reporting the success of the email communications by monitoring open rates and google analytics.I developed effective key stakeholder relationships internally and with the clients, working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver the best Reward and Recognition websites available. Day to day I maintained the Project Status Reports for the Projects to make sure everyone had the latest updates of where we were on the tasks that were due, which the Project Managers or I would use to update our clients on Weekly or Bi-weekly calls.
