  Ran the automated test lab for the Windows Mobile team developing the Windows Phone 7 operating system. This is Microsoft's answer to the iPhone. I was responsible for running test passes including thousands of tests touching every aspect of the device software. Other responsibilities included reporting, triage of results, planning for better test coverage, and improving lab performance.   I am thrilled to now be leading AT&T's Video Optimizer software development and test teams. This product has achieved over $220 M in Network Cost Avoidance for AT&T over it's 10 year history by removing over 4.6 Petabytes of wasted application data from the network. The agile team that supports it continues to evolve new features for investigation of mobile application behavior, 5G network latency, and streaming video analysis. I am excited to be working with mobile application developers to improve the performance of their Android and iOS apps using AT&T's Video Optimizer. Formerly known as Application Resource Optimizer, Video Optimizer analyzes mobile applications against more than 40 best practices and provides detailed information on how to fix any issues found. As a Product Owner I write and groom user stories for new features based on our labs' research and the ever changing needs of mobile developers. Technical SME for AT&T's partner messaging and location services platform. Designed a customer-focussed migration strategy from the legacy Alcatel-Lucent platform to the AT&T developed state-of-the-art platform. Ensured minimal downtime for 80 corporate customers with more than 2 Billion SMS, MMSand location transactions a year. Provided tier 4 support for high priority production issues. Managed lab testing resources and partner network certification. Designed both cloud and VPN connectivity architectures for onboarding dozens of customers toAT&T’s wireless messaging network. Worked with all of AT&T’s large volume and high profile SMS messaging customers to understand their messaging and connectivity needs.Managed ongoing technical relationships with dozens of messaging partners including Twitter,Facebook, Amdocs, SAP Mobile, ADT, Honeywell, Zipwhip, Vibes, John Deere, Tracfone and AOL Working with AT&T's content provider partners to optimize their applications and activate them in Media Net - AT&T's internet portal site for mobile phones.
