  This was a hearing involving a family law matter with traces of public law coming to light. It was a great start to the beginning of my mini-pupillage journey and gave an in-depth insight into family law and child-care proceedings. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and family law is definitely a consideration for me and my future career in law.

  Family Law Disputes - Public & Private I had the opportunity to participate in a 5-day mini pupillage with Spire Barristers in Leeds.During this time, I encountered various public and private family law disputes, including child care proceedings and interactions with all the involved parties, such as the local authority, the children's guardian, the parents, and other relevant parties.This experience was like a real-life application of the family law module I studied at university.I truly enjoyed my time at Spire Barristers and want to express my gratitude to every barrister who allowed me to shadow them.
