  I worked in a hectic and integral role providing a primary point of contact between doctors, surgery teams, patients and the NHS. This demanding role spanned many fields including the marketing, PR and HR of the business. Whilst managing the administration processes, targets and team across the practice, I also took a more active role in the day to running of the surgery as a business in a newly competitive market. As the conduit between many parties a primary responsibility was the welfare of both patients and staff as well as continual feedback and improvement of management procedures.I was relied upon to project manage, recognise procedural inefficiency, and initiate clear protocols that were subsequently rolled out to other practices. The role required discretion and decorum at all times in often very sensitive personal situations that are frequently complex and time critical. I was also involved in Arts for Health (working with surgeries across the county to promote art for wellbeing) and promoting the surgery through developing and managing the surgery website and its content.   Working part-time at Search Marketing agency 3WhiteHats I assisted the technical team in content creation for SEO, SEO PR, PPC advert creation and social media updates. In creating SEO content I researched blogs and review sites, negotiated content placement with the owners and then created the article, post or review and ensured that it went live. This provided clients with traffic potential and increased brand awareness, as well as created a valuable link. Assisting the PPC team, I wrote creative ads, within the constraints of the network, that aim to get the best click-through-rate as well as conversion. Finally, I worked directly with TheBoardBasment.com and have developed and executed their social media and online PR strategies, liaising between digital teams internally and at the agency.
