  As an Account Executive for the Singapore Public Sector accounts, I oversee all accounts for the Singapore Government that Enterprise Services have, with the exception of SOE. As an Account Executive, I report directly to the Country General Manager to drive growth and delivery excellence for the accounts under my charge. I managed a team of ~200 resources to ensure the successful delivery of these accounts. Working with my direct reports of Account Delivery Managers (for maintenance projects) and Project Directors (for development projects), I am directly accountable for these KPIs• Financial – Revenue target that each account must meet.• Growth – I work actively with the country’s pursuit teams to grow and pursue new opportunities within these accounts.• Delivery excellence – I work with the various ADMs and PDs to institute good delivery best practices based on HP EDGE delivery framework and see through delivery from an end to end perspective. HP EDGE is a best-of-breed framework derived from both ITIL and CMMI best practices.• Customer Satisfaction – I work with the clients to ensure that customer satisfaction is met and that all issues are addressed and closed appropriately.• Strategic Thinking – I engage with the customer CxOs to understand their business drivers, IT roadmap, and help them formulate their business strategies by leveraging on technologies.I have won the following prestigious awards:1. Account Executive of the Year 2011 for the Asia Region2. HP MVP (Most Valuable People) Award 2012 for APJ region3. Identified by HP to be enrolled into the HP Top Talent Management program in 2011. The HP Top Talent Management is a program designed to identify and groom top talents within HP, with a view to develop these people for senior management positions within the company. Show less I was the Account Delivery Manager (ADM) for the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Mega Tender IT Outsourcing Account. This is an account which delivers projects in excess of US$10M annually.As the ADM, I am responsible for the overall delivery excellence of the MOM account. I manage a team of ~140 resources, with ~10 Project Managers reporting to me. Some of my achievements as an ADM are:• Improving the quarterly customer satisfaction survey result. I became the ADM on the back of a few quarters of bad results (2 – 3/5 for Overall Satisfaction and “Decreasing” for Improvement Trend). In 2 quarters, I turned the result round to (4/5 for Overall Satisfaction and “Increasing” for Improvement Trend)• Streamlining the delivery processes and putting in place Quality Assurance process like Release Management, Problem and Incident Management Teams which resulted in a stable IT environment for MOM• Delivered revenues of >US$7mil per year, with operating margins >= 20%. This is above management’s target set for the MOM account• Managed and executed the CMMI level 3 assessment for MOM successfully, with over 86% full compliance and 14% partial compliance. Show less I was the Project Manager of the Work Permit Systems Group, for the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) account. As the PM, I managed a team of 33 consultants in the delivery of the following systems. • IWPS – Integrated Work Permit System – Intranet system built on J2EE, weblogic 8.1, Oracle 10g, Blaze Advisor, Brio/Hyperion.• WPOL – Work Permit Online System – Internet system built on J2EE, weblogic 8.1, Oracle 10g, Brio/Hyperion• ITCS – IT Charging System – GIRO system built on J2EE, Oracle 10g• iFWLB – Internet Foreign Worker Levy Billing system – Internet system built on PSi.Some of my achievements are:• Successfully improving the SLA of the team for helpdesk defect resolutions from 70-80% to 100% consistently.• Delivering system changes of 4200mds per year. This translated to a revenue stream in excess of S$2.5mil per year. • Successfully pursuing and and sealing upsell opportunities of S$1mil.• Consistently delighting the customers by delivering quality system enhancements, with multiple written compliments from the customers.• Won the HP Top Gun Award for Q2 2007 for consistently achieving productivity targets. As an Application Consultant Team Lead, I was tasked to maintain and enhance the systems under the Work Permit Systems Group (WPSG). I lead a team of 5 developers. My achievements included:• Successfully managing the transition and taking over from the previous vendor.• Consistently maintaining an SLA of 100% for defects raised against systems under my charge• Consistently delivered the target mandays expected from my team• Spearheaded the ASTRA implementation for MOM, which allowed for secured file transmissions between MOM and MHA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)• First Team Lead to successfully deliver a change request costing more than 300 mandays, spanning across multiple domains.
