      Responsible for setting strategic and operational priorities of the 3-year business plan for European subsidiaries with focus on market share gains and P&L optimization. Contributor to the definition of the brand’s business model: distribution channels, product launches, assortment optimization, media strategy, point of sales image. Gained +0.5 points market share and improved net profit by +8% since 2011. Directly reporting into General Management of the Division. Responsible for developing the 3-year launch plan on face care for the US market with focus on market share gains: product innovation and relaunches, assortment optimization and prospective work for new categories. Accountable for the business results of the face care axis: +19.4% retail sales growth by end of 2010, 2 products in the top 20 face care rankings in the USA. Successfully led a team of product managers. Co-managed the opening of L’Oréal Luxe Adria subsidiary: staff recruitment, set up of operational processes. Responsible for the marketing, PR and retail education departments for 8 brands in 3 countries. Contributed to ensuring second highest net profit growth worldwide for the Division in 2007, gained+15 pts market share by June 2008. Successfully led a multidisciplinary and international team of 8 people. Responsible for operational marketing on skincare and make-up: launches, catalogue management, media and trade marketing plans, direct marketing, merchandising. Accountable for the marketing budget.
