    A solutions-oriented person who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments where my performance directly impacts the bottom line. As a Project Manager at RAMTeCH Software Solutions Ltd., Noida, I have successfully managed all aspects of project management right from detailed time estimations, performance reviews, overseeing and approving resource allocation, to building a strong Data Migration (ETL) team. My success at present organisation has been conferred with appreciation for Pioneering the Data Migration Team by providing technical and the domain knowledge to the junior trainees and built a strong team and successfully executed more than 8 projects in the span on 3 years, hence having good expertise in executing multiple projects at the same time.
