  I assisted in logistics and hosted private and public events, working closely with third party companies. Some of these events had never been run previously, including Dining at 135 which was the most involved event for the London Eye to date.As a guest service assistant I would run the priority desk, where I would check in the event organiser, explain the process for their event and prearrange the staff to be there to meet them. I dealt with any customer service issues regarding the event and would upsell whenever appropriate. Client base was very international.During the London 2012 Olympics I was an Olympic ambassador, in which I was put into a team of five to handle all of our sponsors (who was also an Olympic partner) events.
