      Managing a team of senior trainers and trainers to support the distribution and commercial areas of the business- covering contact centres, branch’s and specialist units nationwide. This includes designing training material for project work, training the trainers and evaluation of the training intervention. My role is key to partner with key stake holders and the business to understanding training requirements and how we can support the business more effectively.       Learning Development Manager

      My role here at Broker Network is to manage, motivate and develop the training team which includes the delivery of online learning solutions, virtual classrooms and webinars as well as face to face. I design and implement new approaches to learning including internal and external facing customers, liaising with the business to understand their needs as well as engaging with 3rd party providers and evaluate the impact of all training interventions. I work with apprenticeship providers to utilise our levy payments and have introduced 2 schemes within the business to develop our people in reaching their potential and gain professional, industry recognised qualifications. I’ve been working closely on implementing a fresh, exciting new approach to learning with a brand refresh, introduction of a new look to the learning management system and a suite of different learning offerings.
