      Responsible for day to day managing of contracts and buying for HR | Learning & Development | Data agencies | IT resourcing (in the past) and alignment of these contracts within the Bank.Besides as Agile coach responsible for the development of a team of 7 employees. Advise and support of Procurement Officer IT and Communication domain. Solved or mitigated all risk audit points for the Resource Allocation Management (RAM) department within ING Bank. This department is responsible for all IT external resourcing within the bank. Besides involve RAM colleagues in risk mitigation and awareness. Responsible for IT external reporting (for internal measures and decision making and supplier performance measurement), invoice processing and change projects (eg. key controls billing process, development of KPI Dashboard). Built the Resource Allocation Management department within ING, department specialized in recruitment of (external) IT personell. Organize the processes conform LEAN Six Sigma principles. Thereafter managing RAM Frontoffice - internal accountmanagement and suppliermanagement (12 FTE) - and RAM Reporting (5 FTE). Building new programme office for big internal improvement programme within ING Operations & IT and managing project controllers (7 FTE) and resouce delivery desk (2 FTE). Coordinate team of management accountants (7 FTE) for performance management of ING Operations&IT NL; monthly financial reporting and analysing, forecasting, budgeting and ad hoc analyses of financial processes. Relationship management between ING Retail Productmanagement and ING Operations&IT, e.g. creating service level agreements. Besides coordinator of budgetingproces for the services purchased of ING Retail from ING Ops&IT. Performing activities related to the provision of clear, accurate, timely and complete information with respect to the past (trends), present (budget vs. actual) and future (strategic policy) regarding the commercial and financial performance.
