      Furthering my Sys Admin roll working closely with our support partners migrating from PBX/Araya BCM450 to a SIP/Skype for Business phone telephone enabled setup. Initial setup and management of Affiliate Window new London office security system. Several fully managed office moves. 2nd line helpdesk with a move towards backup management, liaising with cloud backup management providers and doing server management. Also taking a front line roll in the administration of Sage and HR softwares including database & update management. Rolled out follow-me printing throughout the 2 office company using PaperCut & Toshiba MFPs. 1st/2nd line helpdesk, normal AD admin, equipment management, installing software and maintaining phone systems. Also taking on the compliance role for Affiliate Window proving where clients were using adware/Spyware to create fake clicks and drop cookies utilizing php/html code experience. Worked closely with the IT manager to migrate buy.at into the Affiliate Window business.
