      I manage all marketing activities and national and international projects. This required a high degree of self-management and time management, as well as flexibility in marketing and product management. The challenge was the coordination of federal, state and local interests with the wishes of the customers. Part of the job was the organization of the annual event, the "Waldviertel pur", which welcomed tens of thousands of guests to the provincial capital Vienna every year.

      I started my career at Austrian Airlines in the sales team with the management of two completely different areas. One took care of the analytical area from analyses to controlling for the entire DACH region and the other was situated in the creative area and was responsible for B2B marketing. These departments were so different, that the challenge was to find synergies and establish a joint team and interfaces within the group. This required a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills as well as a high degree of initiative. My curiosity and openness helped me a lot during this initial period. My years of experience in key account management facilitated the close exchange with the salespeople and brought a mutual exchange of experience and knowledge expansion on both sides. Show less
