  Overview:Directed, advised, and guided teams from multiple departments to develop latest accelerometers and gyroscopes practices for successful release to production. Oversaw and coordinated the product characterization of MEMS accelerometers and gyroscope throughout all stages. Organized and led weekly meetings to discuss areas of concerns/improvements and develop prompt solutions along with presenting test and characterization data. Managed, updated, and maintained all the essential paperwork, such as design & validation, qualification and mechanical testing reports.Key Achievements:-As program manager and product lead saw the successful release of CSP accelerometers into wearable and hearable products. Over 1 million dollars in revenue during first year of product release.- Oversee and run multiple programs across internal engineering/operations teams and partners/other external stake holders to successfully release small volume production of 6axis gyroscope product.- Implemented and saved over $200,000 by bringing shock testing in house, working with vendor on cost negotiating on tool, shipment, and training on site.- Trained and mentored junior engineers to increase knowledge, enhance skill set, enabling them to become product Test Engineers in short time.- MEMS acceleromter and gyroscope CSP and LGA packaging Show less
