  Part of the Transaction Analytics team, supporting mainly due diligence projects on a variety of sectors and deal typologies. Over the span of one year, the core Transaction Analytics team has grown from 5 to 14 strong, with the addition of members outside of London to solidify the reach of the team’s capabilities across the UK regions. As one of the last remaining funding members of the Transaction Analytics team, I was tasked as the focal point for new joiners, helping with on boarding and trainings, leveraging my experience on live deals and internal practices to facilitate their initial journey.Throughout my time as a Transaction Analytics Executive I’ve established myself as a contact point for analytics in deal advisory, working on a number of succesful deals for PE houses the likes of Advent International, Cinven, AKKR amongst others, and collaborated with advisors such as BlackRock and Arma partners on both sell and buy-side diligence process. عرض أقل Throughout my time at EY as a Digital Apprentice, I have been working with various analytics tools to help creating insights for our clients and the financial due diligence team, both on sell and buy side diligence projects in a number of industries (TMT, Aviation, Consumer Products, Education amongst others), with a keen interest in ARR analyses and spatial analytics. Since the beginning I played an active role in the data analytics team development, delivering trainings to both rotators to the team and the wider Transaction Diligence practice, being also part of the wider L&D team with regards to upskilling the workforce in analytics.Aside from financial diligence work, I have been actively involved in innovation projects developing a project management tool which has gained me recognition with an innovation award and the interest of other service lines in UKI region, and across the pond to be utilised by senior team members as team management tool. عرض أقل
