  I have driven strategic consulting and process transformation programs for different clients around NAM, Europe, and African clients. The programs covered from Telecom sector to Manufacturing and Hi-tech sector. As part of the job profile my measure roles and responsibilities are listed as below:1. Understand and analyze the business pain point of the customer through structured engagements.2. Conduct workshop and F-2-F meetings to understand the pain points and dynamics of the AS -IS process / tool / data etc.3. Brainstorming of the problems and application of scientific tools and methods to fin the root cause of the business pain points.4. Design alternative solution and evaluate the solution for different business situations and create a cost benefit analysis for the viability of the program.5. Present the solutions (Technical / Business) to client management team (SVP, DIR level engagements) to discuss and build the solution viable for their organization6. Create and present solution execution road map to the client management team with time and resource and risk estimation.6.
