  Primarily responsible for managing the maintenance operations of Scoot's A320 and E290 fleet.Operational Control & Scheduling:- Informing downline stations of special ops requirements or aircraft type change.- Ensuring appropriate THA coverage.- Update of delays, incidents/accidents, VVIP flights or AOG status.- Ensure manpower requirements are met for critical/incoming defects or urgent rectifications.- Monitor, plan and co-ordinate aircraft change with Scoot OCC.Maintenance Operations, Flight Protection & Recovery:- Manage delays & AOGs by coordinating with relevant departments for Tech Support, Spares & Manpower.- Manage daily maintenance operations to ensure scheduled maintenance task do not overrun.- Monitor and ensure deferred defects, critical planned task and fleet modification programs are completed before expiry date. - Co-ordinate with SIA/SIAEC Tech Support to provide troubleshooting recommendations during callbacks, RTB/ATB/RTO, flight delays or AOGs. - Monitor, record and analyze delays due to engineering and carry out follow up for rectification. - Perform flight observer duties or aircraft delivery duties.Technical Advice & Support:- Provide advice to THA, Flight Crew & OCC- Monitor MELs & restrictive DDs.- During AOG situations, provide assistance with spares, arrange refief flights and activation of AOG team.
