  Over the course of my career I have been on countless UK and European tours, with some covering America and Asia. The capacity of the venues has ranged from 150 in clubs to 20,000 in arenas and the tours have featured prestigious venues across different countries. I have tour managed, engineered or been a production manager on countless gigs during this time, gaining a wealth of experience in a wide array of venue types and sizes. Consequently, this experience has enabled me to develop my people skills, pragmatism, understanding of how to achieve the maximum potential in a production setup and my ability to quickly adapt to changing situations to ensure the touring party is given the environment to perform to their best in any situation.   My work at L&N involved building PA systems & staging, audio engineering, production management, team leadership and lots of travel with artists. I began shadowing an L&N engineer in 2016 and would often volunteer to work long hours in order to learn the expertise and develop my skills. I was later promoted to Head Engineer and, due to the company’s recognition of my enthusiasm and dedication to the work, I progressed to Managing Director. My main responsibility in this role was to lead a team of professionals to ensure a high quality live production was delivered to our clients in any situation. Show less
