  I wrote 3-D coordinate measurement programs for DCC-CMM- Coordinate Measuring Machines. (Starrett). I mastered a diverse set of skills to perform Geometric Dimensional Tolerance assessments of detailed machine manufactured components. These skills included a thorough understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting Y14.5 GD&T standards, XYZ-IJK coordinate trigonometry, engineering tolerances, direct computer control protocol, project management, & programming structure for inspection programs.While maintaining a gauge calibration tracking system with 3000 index card records, I implemented a Data-base software application resulting in a critical increase in efficiency & data capture. This management of change initiative directly supported the initial development of a QMS system that allowed Dresser - Roots Meters & Instruments division, to gain certification to ISO 9001: 1987 standard.Developed a QMS document system using Word - Acrobat document structures based on the ISO elements. This business management system supported the site accreditation to ISO 9001:1987.Managed an assessment project in Europe which included an eight day site audit at Dresser Industries - Meters - Varsseveld, The Netherlands, which achieved the company attaining a France Government Gas regulation approval and NMi-VSL – Dutch Metrology Institute certification.   To hold an ISO 9001:2015 accreditation certificate, business leadership must embrace the quality philosophy and be active stakeholders in the Quality Management System. Management at all leadership levels are the essence of a profitable organization and their full involvement in the QMS enables the organization to be lean, efficient and profitable.As the designated Management Representative, I maintained and upgraded the accreditation certificate at Halliburton -Roots Meters & Instruments. As the Lead Assessor, I was responsible to maintain QMS internal audit schedules and conduct ISO-QMS training instruction for internal auditors and top management. In addition to ISO, Halliburton Management elected to apply for accreditation to the PED 97/23/EC European Community Pressure Equipment Directive. As the designated Management Representative, I managed a project for development of the QMS and training that resulted in attaining the PED accreditation for the Halliburton –Roots Meters & Instruments product line.I gained data analysis experience by gathered geometric data from CNC - machined components. As as a Certified Auditor, I would review companies to ensure the business documentation complies to ISO 9001:2015 and TRS regulations.
