  As the Chief Executive Officer of ISYT Solutions LLC, I assumed a leadership role in guiding a team of software engineers through strategic planning and visionary initiatives, culminating in the successful submission of a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Direct to Phase 2 proposal X22.1 for the USAF in 2022. Our product, "Blink," was deemed "Selectable, Not Funded." Our research provided metrics showing that a time-savings of 60% across all users compared to manual OPR/EPR bullet-writing was attainable.My primary responsibilities encompassed adeptly navigating the intricacies of the Small Business Innovation Research landscape, overseeing the proposal writing and submission processes, and managing the general duties and responsibilities associated with the operations of an Limited Liability Company.The foray into this domain presented both an exciting and competitive challenge for both myself and my colleagues.
